The Farmhouse That Started It All
Birch Hill Farm is a 1920s Wisconsin farmhouse with more character than most homes built today. Every creaky floorboard and original wood door has a story, and renovating it room by room has been equal parts labor of love and creative playground. The house isn't just where I live — it's where I test every product before it hits the shop, where I experiment with layouts and color and texture, and where most of my best ideas come from. There are plenty of places to buy home decor online, and most of them will sell you the same mass-produced pieces in the same staged settings. That's not what this is. Every item I carry or recommend has passed a simple test — would I put it in my own home? If it doesn't feel right at Birch Hill, it doesn't make the cut.
